Generally any orders made will be processed within 48 hours. If doing bank transfers or other money orders/transactions, order will be processed once payment has been cleared and processed.
Shipping and delivery of a product is usually 3-10 business days dependent on location and item type.
For pre-orders and back-orders, they will be processed and delivered when products are available and shipment is completed from our distributor. If there are any questions or queries on your order please contact us on email@example.com with your order number and we will be glad to answer them for you.
If an item cannot be delivered due to location issues or restrictions, any further cost incurred for redirection or re-delivery will be the responsibility of the consumer and not us (NTDS Adelaide).
This can happen if:
* A delivery cannot be made to a premises or address if the location is secured in a way that is not accessible (locked gates and fences, secured premises of a building etc)
* The instructions or information given is unclear or against delivery policy (Inaccurate delivery information given, danger or hazards compromising safe delivery, missing information, obstacles denying access etc)
* Products with certain requirements to be delivered are not met (such as size and weight restriction that cannot be brought onto the premises, p.o. box that does not allow certain items or deliveries etc)
* Unavailability or signature required where the recipient is not on site nor a nominated individual to receive the delivery on your behalf.
Please make sure before ordering to check with us if there is any concern with delivery to the address you specify with us. We will try to make suitable arrangements within reason.
This will help us confirm with the couriers to ensure delivery of your product.
We also do not recommend requesting unattended deliveries or leaving deliveries in unsecured locations as we (NTDS Adelaide and the carrier) is not responsible for what happens to your product should it be left. Issues as theft, damage, damage from weather, misplacement and unforeseen circumstances that may occur we do not cover. Once an item has been delivered, responsibility is solely of the consumer. Faults caused by these will likely void warranty as well.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Once shipment has left our premises we cannot guarantee that the item arrives in the same state as it left as we use third party couriers. For this purpose we recommend to ship with insurance. This will help cover the replacement or repair up to a certain limit amount should a product become lost, damaged or unusable due to the handling process. Options will be available in the shipping segment when processing your order with cost association.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the size and weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
